Call Code Enforcement at 533-5895 if a neighbor offensively downgrades your neighborhood with junk. You may call anonymously to have the property inspected and a code officer will verify the violation. If a vacant lot is very badly trashed by unknown criminals and is harming you in some substantial way you can also report this to have the lot cleaned at the owner’s expense. If a building contractor allows trash to accumulate so that it blows off the site or remains unconfined this is a violation. For blatant commercial dumping, call 911.
